We commit to

  • The full bonus stack above, delivered as listed.
  • A weekly capture-rate report in writing. Raw call logs on request.
  • Refund the first paid month if capture rate stays below eighty percent after thirty days of running.
  • Launch Partner pricing locked for the life of your account, for as long as it stays open and in good standing.

You commit to

  • Complete the three onboarding milestones in weeks one, two, and three.
  • Reply within seven days when we need your input. Pilots stall without you.
  • Permission to name your clinic in one case study after week fourteen. Patient details never appear.
  • Honest feedback. Tell us what is broken; we fix it inside the week.

What ends the deal

  • You cancel: the Launch Partner rate ends with the account.
  • You skip a milestone: the refund window closes; pilot continues at list price until end of six weeks.
  • We cannot serve you well: we say so, refund any paid month, and point you somewhere that can.
