Five things we will never do.

  • We will never refuse a call that needs a human. We transfer to you with a one-line handoff.
  • We will never schedule outside what you and the doctor approved. Edge cases route to you, not to the co-pilot.
  • We will never quote a price you have not signed off on. New services need your sign-off before they go live.
  • We will never delete a patient record. Every change is auditable; you keep edit rights.
  • We will never take credit for the work. Daily reports name what you handled and what we handled.
